Exchanges

We do not allow returns or refunds. Each order is custom decorated for each customer. However if there is a product in your order with a defect, we will provide a replacement after receipt of the defective hat.

Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over $85. We ship using UPS or USPS. Tracking will be provided. If you're local to Grandview IN and would prefer to pick your order up use code LOCALPICKUP when checking out. We'll be in contact when your order is complete.
